THe PRODUCT

  1. What is a facelet? A facelet is a sculptural piece worn across the face — like glasses, but entirely ornamental. No adhesive, no piercing. It rests on the face and is fully removable. Each piece is handcrafted with rhinestones and designed as wearable art, not conventional jewelry.
  2. How does a facelet stay on? Facelets rest on the face the same way eyewear does — through their structure and fit. No glue, tape, or adhesive of any kind is used or required.
  3. Are facelets reusable? Yes. Each piece is designed to be worn, removed, and worn again. Handle with care — store flat in the packaging provided.

Orders & payment

  1. What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Cash On Delivery (COD). Additional Payment methods will be available soon.
  2. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that window, fulfilment begins and changes cannot be made. Contact us at info@frostarchives.com as soon as possible.
  3. Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes — a confirmation email is sent automatically once your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Shipping, Returns & refunds

  1. Where do you ship? We currently ship within Pakistan.
  2. How long does delivery take? Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  3. Do you accept returns? Due to the nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.
  4. What if my order arrives damaged? If your piece arrives damaged, contact us at info@frostarchives.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
