1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (Pakistan): Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.

  • While we aim for speed, delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or incorrect addresses. Additional shipping fees will apply for any reshipments.

  • Courier Liability: Once a package is handed over to our courier partners, Frost is no longer liable for transit delays or external logistics issues.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging our wearable art to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: Please provide clear photo/video evidence of the outer packaging and the contents to info@frostarchives.com

  • We will investigate and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
